6:46pm

I close at 6:30pm and I do appreciate the phone call to say that you are running late and stuck in traffic but I close at 6:30 and it is now 6:46pm.

What ticks me off more is that I always say "No problem" because what can I say? "No it's NOT okay, you do know that I have already spent 12 hours here and would like to go home, eat and maybe relax. I do have a life!"

If you are going to be late have a back up plan. PLEASE!

It is now 6:54 and this is the latest anyone has kept me in 2yrs.
